Sleeknote

49.33
Official website

Marketing teams running campaigns across several sites, with separate mobile designs, product recommendations, and interactive forms. Games use a separate package.

Who is this app for?
Marketing teams running campaigns across several sites, with independent mobile designs and optional interactive games.
Main advantage
Core includes unlimited domains and campaigns. Adding a site does not create another base subscription.
Main limitation
Games cost extra, and visitor/session definitions need checking when budgeting for repeat visits.

Pricing and plans

Sleeknote sells Core with an optional Gamification package. Both scale by traffic; the table shows published USD monthly brackets. The trial account displayed €62 for Core and €85 with Gamification at up to 25,000 visitors on monthly billing; annual equivalents were €49 and €68. These are different currencies, not directly comparable prices. Unlimited domains make this different from a separate subscription per site. The next question is total traffic and whether the campaign needs the paid game package, rather than domain count alone.

USD prices shown by the pricing page. All tiers include unlimited domains; annual billing is separate. Confirm the visitor/session counting rule for repeat visits.

Features and plan access

The trial editor combines multi-step campaigns, phone and SMS elements, text and choice fields, consent checkboxes and teasers. Desktop and mobile designs have separate controls. Core also covers A/B testing, recommendations, coupon lists and countdowns; games and quizzes require the Gamification package.

Gamification is unusually varied: prize wheels, scratch cards, seasonal calendars and Learn to Earn lessons. Learn to Earn supports per-lesson coupon lists and an early claim option. Wheels and scratch cards have weighted rewards; calendars give each dated door its own content. Game Studio Beta offers AI-built games, but returned an authorization error in our trial. No live reward campaign was run.

Formats & content

A standalone message without a form or action button is not confirmed, so Announcements is not credited. The Guide Visitors campaign type directs people to relevant content, including shipping and return information, instead of collecting their details.

Scheduling, page targeting and location rules suit temporary or local notices. Per-campaign and session-level impression limits help control repetition; final setup also includes a Campaign order control. Before estimating cost, confirm how the visitor or session allowance treats repeat visits across the domains you manage.

Forms

Surveys

Sleeknote’s feedback formats include quizzes. Map combinations of quiz answers to personalised outcomes, with a default result. Map answer values and field names to an email platform or CSV; export values alone do not establish a scored knowledge test. Choose the response format around the question you want to answer. A recommendation score, a satisfaction rating and a quiz outcome serve different purposes; support for one does not imply the others or an automatic report.

Experiments

Sleeknote’s testing tools include A/B testing. Compare popup variants with A/B tests. Popup testing, email testing and automation experiments are separate capabilities. A useful comparison also considers traffic allocation, how a winner is selected and whether a no-popup control is available to measure the effect of showing a campaign at all.

Email & SMS

Sleeknote has no confirmed capabilities in this section in the current review. Capturing an address in a popup and sending a marketing campaign are separate jobs. Compare native sending channels, automation and their allowances independently from the popup subscription; an integration with a mailing platform does not include that platform’s sending service.

Team & sites

Sleeknote Core covers unlimited domains, and account documentation describes additional users and super users. Billing remains restricted to the main owner; those other users cannot access it. This separates at least one administrative responsibility from campaign collaboration.

Unlimited domains do not establish unlimited permission customization. The reviewed material does not confirm arbitrary role definitions or every site-access restriction. For a team serving clients, check how users are separated across domains in addition to the traffic bracket you purchase.

Developer

Sleeknote’s developer interfaces include browser API, webhooks, and MCP server. Read campaign and split-test data through the official MCP server. Send submissions to a configured endpoint through a custom integration. The scope of each interface matters more than the API label. Opening an existing popup, sending a submitted form to an endpoint and creating or publishing campaigns are different operations. Agent access depends on those operations and the permissions exposed.

Editor & workflow

Sleeknote’s editing tools include campaign drafts. Save a campaign separately from activating it. Editing, saving a draft and activating a campaign are separate stages of the workflow. Data & reporting

Download collected leads and quiz answers as CSV. Use the reporting workflow to connect captured responses with the decisions you need to make. Downloading leads, scheduling reports and attributing revenue are different capabilities; a contact export alone does not establish an analytics dashboard or revenue measurement.

Integrations

The editor offers email and CRM connectors, Zapier, Segment and a custom endpoint with POST, JSON POST or GET delivery. It also marks Google Analytics, Segment and recommendation services such as Clerk as direct. Zapier covers intermediary delivery. This distinction matters for spreadsheets: a Google Sheets listing without the direct label is not evidence of a native connector.

Google Sheets, Airtable and Slack appear in the catalogue without its direct-integration label; a native connection is not confirmed here. Without an integration, the editor offers lead storage for up to 90 days and later download. Connections were inspected, not delivery-tested. Our integration guide explains the connection types and workflows.

Works with Shopify

Sleeknote’s Shopify coverage includes storefront installation, native app, customer synchronization, and events and triggers. Automatically send subscribers to Shopify. Track purchases and revenue through the Shopify app without separate custom purchase-event setup. Installation, customer data, discounts and cart actions are separate capabilities. A Shopify listing alone does not establish support for all of them, and features supplied by a separate app need to be considered with that app’s access and pricing.

Capability score

The capability score brings together the confirmed features in the sections above, excluding pricing. Each metric belongs to one section, and a feature’s score includes its subfeatures. The breakdown shows how much each area contributes and where points remain unearned. It measures feature coverage, rather than conversion performance or value for money.

AI agent readiness

Agent readiness looks at a complete working process: understanding a campaign, creating or changing it, operating it, reading results and controlling access. This assessment adds context to the Developer section without awarding extra points. In-editor AI assistance and an external agent’s ability to operate the account are considered separately.

Reads campaigns and results through MCP

Sleeknote has an official read-only MCP for campaign data, performance and split tests. An agent can analyse results and suggest changes, but the MCP cannot create, edit, activate, pause or delete campaigns. Those actions remain in the app. Game Studio Beta separately offers AI-built mini-games, but its embedded tool returned an authorization error during our check.

Agent taskWhat the agent can do
UnderstandSupportedThe MCP lists campaigns and their active status. Full access to saved design and targeting configuration was not established.
CreateUnconfirmedThe official MCP does not create or edit campaigns. A separate agent creation interface was not established.
OperatePartialJavaScript can trigger an existing campaign in the browser. The read-only MCP cannot activate, pause or delete account campaigns.
MeasureSupportedMCP exposes campaign views, conversions, conversion rates and split-test results for analysis.
Work safelyPartialRead-only access limits campaign changes. Credentials can be revoked or regenerated, but one account credential set is shared across clients; separate client scopes were not established.

Account settings expose MCP client credentials. We inspected the controls and official documentation without generating credentials or connecting an agent. MCP requests and custom integration delivery were not executed.

What one display or signup could cost

At $69.00 per month, the selected plan allocates $0.069 per display and $3.45 per signup across 1,000 displays and 20 valid email signups. The table rounds to cents. The 2% signup rate is an assumption, not measured performance or a vendor charge per event.

The capacity check assumes one site and 1,000 visitors. Billing is based on visitors, which is distinct from the actual outcomes used here. For form-free announcements, compare displays rather than signups. Taxes, separately billed services and customer discounts are excluded.

OutcomeCalculationEstimated cost
One display$69.00 ÷ 1,000$0.07
1,000 displays$69.00 ÷ 1,000 × 1,000$69.00
One signup$69.00 ÷ 20$3.45

Sleeknote alternatives: which should you choose?

Marketing teams running campaigns across several sites, with independent mobile designs and optional interactive games. Games cost extra, and visitor/session definitions need checking when budgeting for repeat visits.

Compare Claspo and Getsitecontrol against that requirement. The cards below explain where each is a better fit. Match the billing unit, required features and site or account limits before comparing headline prices; the cheapest subscription does not always cover the same work.

Sleeknote vs Claspo

Sleeknote starts at $69/month for Core or $95 with Gamification, with unlimited domains. Claspo’s Shopify 50K tier is $39/month with games but covers one site.

Choose Claspo
For a single Shopify store that wants game campaigns at a lower starting cost.
Choose Sleeknote
When several domains and independent mobile campaign design are central to the setup.

Sleeknote vs Getsitecontrol

Sleeknote Core starts at $69/month and includes unlimited domains. Getsitecontrol Pro is $19/month per site and counts actual displays; its email sends cost extra.

Choose Getsitecontrol
For targeted notices on one site where only a small share of browsing produces a display.
Choose Sleeknote
When an unlimited-domain subscription and Sleeknote’s campaign workflow fit the operation; verify repeat-visit counting.

About this review

We inspected the trial editor, game templates and wheel settings, display rules, integration setup, account settings, billing, split tests and analytics. No campaign was published, integration connected or MCP credentials generated. MCP scope comes from official documentation; live delivery and agent execution were not tested. Dates beside sources indicate when the corresponding evidence was checked; publication does not imply that every source was rechecked that day.

“Documented” means the provider describes the capability. A named plan is shown only where we recorded tier evidence. “Not confirmed” means the evidence is insufficient, not that the feature is absent. Paid add-ons and higher-tier restrictions are stated separately. Conflicting billing information prevents a unit-cost estimate.

Recommendations are editorial judgments about fit and cost. Sources are linked next to the claims they support, and every calculation uses the assumptions above.
